Shop Employee (mfd)

To strengthen our team in the Czech Republic we are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our FlixBus shop at the Florenc bus station in Prague. You will support the day-to-day running of the shop deliver high-quality service to our passengers and help ensure smooth operations throughout your shift. This is a full-time permanent position working on a shift basis across the full week including weekdays and weekends.

About the Role

• Process ticket reservations cancellations and changes accurately using our sales and reservation systems
• Provide high-quality service to passengers assisting with check-in and offering clear travel information
• Handle cash and card payments reliably ensuring correct daily reconciliation
• Monitor bus departures and arrivals and communicate any delays or changes to passengers
• Support smooth day-to-day station operations in coordination with colleagues and station teams
• Help resolve passenger questions and issues calmly and professionally during busy periods

About You

• Experience in customer service and cash handling
• Reliable energetic and a strong team player who contributes to a positive shift atmosphere
• Proactive and self-motivated taking ownership of tasks and working independently when needed
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with MS Office smartphones web applications and reservation systems is an advantage
• Flexible to work shifts from Monday to Sunday with alternating short and long week schedules
• Very good command of Czech and English; knowledge of Ukrainian Russian or Polish languages is an advantage
