Senior Test Analyst, hybrid in Prague

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise project focused on digital transformation and application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements for custom applications.
• Design detailed backend and frontend application logic.
• Create and maintain functional analytical and process documentation.
• Manage the complete user integration and automated testing lifecycle using Jira/Xray.
• Optimize and document project-management processes and methodologies.
• Configure and improve Jira/Xray workflows and testing processes.
• Support adoption of project-management methodology across project teams.
• Train users and project members in Jira/Xray and project methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers testers architects and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in IT analysis and design of custom applications.
• Hands-on experience optimizing and documenting project-management processes and methodologies.
• Strong experience with Jira and Xray administration and configuration.
• Experience managing end-to-end user integration and automated testing using Jira/Xray.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications (50 screens/pages is an advantage).
• Experience in large enterprise or integration projects.
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills.
