Job Description
- Lead manage and develop the Fire Terrorism and Tech Lines portfolio within the Czech Republic.
- Implement and deliver the overall strategy for sustainable and profitable growth (by acquisition of new business and organic growth on existing programmes).
- Manage the business strategy through exceptional risk selection underwriting discipline administration and operations.
- Execute distribution management initiatives across all business segments. Enhance strategic alignment and develop effective relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote Chubb at all levels; to Brokers Cedents Clients and to all other internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop market awareness provide flexible strategies to support changing market dynamics and to deliver exceptional service at all times.
- Establish and deliver strong and consistent operational performance in respect of procedures processes and controls including adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Engage in and develop growth plans and improvement of profitability by reviewing the business operation and providing feedback to the Regional Property Manager.
- Lead and deliver career development programmes for reporting line staff.

- University Degree
- ACII or Equivalent
Languages
- Czech & English
Experience
- 5 years working experience within the Insurance industry
- Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of product line the insurance market and competitors.
- Proven experience of effective dealing with brokers and clients.
- An experienced professional who is recognised externally as displaying superior leadership and performance qualities.
