Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join a large-scale public-sector digital transformation project in the Czech Republic focused on online services integrations and middle-layer solutions for a government environment.

Responsibilities:
- Own technical solution design for online services and batch transfers provided by the middle layer
- Collect requirements for interface design
- Design interface structures and integration logic
- Prepare implementation design including mapping and transformation between source and target systems
- Design orchestration of online services
- Create and maintain standardized technical documentation
- Consult solution design with the contracting authority and delivery teams
- Coordinate meetings with third parties and review technical outputs
- Prepare effort estimations for new requirements and change requests
- Participate in functional specification preparation and user-story definition
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong experience with analysis and design of custom applications
- Experience with backend/frontend logic for information systems web applications or components
- Experience with large enterprise or integration-heavy projects
- Knowledge of functional specifications user stories and business analysis methodologies
- Experience with BPMN or process modeling tools such as Camunda or Enterprise Architect
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with API integrations mapping and transformation design
- Experience with AI tools used for analysis or documentation is an advantage
- Previous public-sector or government-project experience is a plus
