Senior Design Systems Designer, Czechia based

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Systems Designer to join a large-scale digital environment and take ownership of an enterprise Design System Component Library.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience building and evolving Design Systems in Figma creating scalable component architectures and collaborating closely with frontend development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously evolve the Design System Component Library in Figma
• Design build document and maintain reusable UI components patterns and templates
• Define scalable component architecture governance standards and best practices
• Create and manage responsive components for Desktop Desktop Small Tablet and Mobile
• Define responsive behavior and adaptation rules across different breakpoints
• Configure and maintain Figma Variables Modes Component Properties and Design Tokens
• Create component variants covering interaction states content variations edge cases and RTL layouts
• Ensure components follow accessibility and inclusive design standards
• Establish and maintain naming conventions library structures and component standards
• Identify opportunities to simplify standardize and improve existing components
• Collaborate closely with React / frontend developers to ensure technical feasibility and consistent implementation
• Review implemented components and provide guidance on complex Design System challenges
• Support and mentor other designers in following Design System standards

Requirements:

• Strong experience designing and maintaining enterprise-scale Design Systems
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Advanced experience with Components & Variants Auto Layout Variables Modes Component Properties Design Tokens and Library Management
• Proven experience building and evolving component architectures not only using existing Design Systems
• Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design
• Good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Experience designing components across Desktop Tablet and Mobile
• Experience collaborating closely with frontend / React development teams
• Understanding of frontend implementation possibilities and constraints
• Experience working in large complex multi-product environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to think strategically about Design System scalability
