The Senior Business Intelligence and Data Analyst is responsible for designing developing and governing scalable business intelligence solutions and data architectures. The role enables data-driven decision-making across the EMEA commercial organization by transforming complex multi-source data into actionable insights through robust data models optimized pipelines and Power BI reporting.

This position reports to the Head of Commercial Excellence and Business Analytics (EMEA) and is part of the EMEA Sales Operation and Enablement team and will be in Barcelona (Spain) or Prague (Czech Republic) and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

• ./. in Business Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Engineering Economics or related field.

• Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling DAX Power Query dashboard design).

• Solid knowledge of data architecture principles (data modeling ETL/ELT processes data warehousing).

• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.

• Experience integrating data from CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) ERP and other enterprise systems.

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel 10%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Sales Operations preferably in Sanitary/Pharmaceutical Sector is a plus

• Lean Change Management Models data-driven transformation and continuous improvement methodologies in fast-paced evolving environments with shifting priorities

• Experience with Lean or data-driven transformation methodologies is a plus.
