AI Transformation Consultant

Based in Prague Czech Republic you will be part of the AI Innovation Studio a hands-on team focused on discovering shaping and validating high-value AI opportunities across the enterprise. We help business teams move beyond symptoms and surface-level solutions by uncovering root causes identifying transformational opportunities and ensuring initiatives are aligned across business technology and enterprise stakeholders before investment decisions are made.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate discovery workshops stakeholder interviews and current-state assessments to understand business challenges and transformation opportunities.
  • Challenge initial requests and assumptions to uncover underlying business problems and root causes.
  • Analyze business processes workflows pain points and organizational constraints to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop structured problem statements and clearly articulate desired business outcomes.
  • Translate business challenges into well-defined opportunities and actionable recommendations.
  • Assess whether AI automation process redesign or alternative approaches represent the most appropriate solution.
  • Identify high-value use cases that align with strategic business priorities.
  • Define desired outcomes success metrics and measurable business benefits.
  • Support prioritization of opportunities based on value potential feasibility risk and organizational readiness.
  • Partner business functions enterprise technology organizations architecture teams and other relevant enterprise divisions throughout discovery activities.
  • Identify existing initiatives technologies platforms and capabilities before recommending new solutions.
  • Drive decision-making and achieve alignment across complex enterprise environments.
  • Develop business cases value hypotheses ROI estimates and investment recommendations.
  • Define assumptions benefits risks dependencies and success measurements.
  • Quantify opportunity value through process analysis productivity insights cost savings risk reduction and business impact assessments.
  • Maintain traceability from business challenge through discovery findings to recommended path forward.
  • Evaluate process technology data governance compliance and organizational considerations.
  • Identify transformation requirements necessary for successful implementation and adoption.
  • Define opportunity scope requirements assumptions and recommended implementation approach.
  • Establish clear readiness criteria for Proof of Concept (PoC) Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or development activities.
  • Support smooth transition of validated opportunities to Product Owners engineering teams or delivery organizations.
  • Facilitate discussions with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Present complex analyses and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build executive-level presentations decision frameworks and opportunity assessments.
  • Communicate findings effectively to both business and technical audiences.
  • Maintain momentum and transparency throughout discovery engagements.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting business transformation strategy innovation business analysis digital transformation or related roles.
  • Experience leading discovery activities opportunity assessments business process analysis or transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business cases value assessments or ROI analyses.
  • Understanding of AI automation digital technologies and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities.
  • Experience working in complex cross-functional enterprise environments.

Preferred

  • Experience with AI Generative AI automation or digital transformation programs.
  • Consulting experience within healthcare life sciences biopharma or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery approaches and product development lifecycles.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
