(Senior) Account Manager with French

What Youll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking clients and agency stakeholders building strong trusted partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end localization transcreation and creative production projects across multiple markets and channels.
• Coordinate internal teams (design language digital post-production etc.) and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead client communications status meetings and project planning activities.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time within budget and aligned with quality and brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• Fluent or native-level French and professional English.
• 5 years of experience in Account Management Client Services Project Management or Production Management within a creative agency production studio or localization environment.
• Strong experience managing international clients and complex multi-market projects.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Leadership potential with the ability to lead and develop a team of 3-5 people.
• Understanding of localization transcreation and creative production workflows with the ability to bridge client needs and production requirements.
