Security Engineer Blue Teamer

Were now looking for a Security Engineer - Blue Teamer. Youll join our growing security team where your main focus is going to be monitoring and implementation (as opposed to hacking) and internal security (as opposed to product security). Outside of the team you can expect to cooperate mainly with our brilliant IT admins.

What Youll Do

• Log management

  • Youll take over our current system

  • Come up with your own ideas of what to monitor and implement them

  • Keep related documentation and processes updated

  • Respond to alerts and investigate

• Implementation of security tools and integrations

  • Youll inherit our current tools for access management alerting etc.

  • Come up with your own ideas of what to monitor and implement them

• Security reviews

  • Youll advise your colleagues on how to implement their ideas in a secure manner

  • Review vibe-coded internal apps from a security perspective

• Endpoint security hardening

  • Youll oversee MDM security settings set up antivirus programs etc.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar hands-on security role

  • Because you should be able to work independently and bring your own vision

• Coding experience

  • Because youll write and review apps

• Experience with some of the following technologies

  • Must have: Linux Git Github Python

  • Nice to have: Slack apps Graylog Jenkins Jamf Pro Wazuh Nessus Suricata

• Good communication skills

  • Because you will reach out to people to resolve incidents you will consult implementations with IT as well as non-technical employees

• Proficiency in English Czech is a plus

  • Because English is the lingua franca of Trezor while Czech is the mother tongue of most of our colleagues

• On-site presence at least twice a week

  • Because it helps in relationship building and boosts efficiency
