SAP BRIM Consultant, EU based

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation Consultant to join an international SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) with a particular focus on Convergent Mediation (CM).

The role involves analyzing business requirements designing and implementing solutions troubleshooting complex integration issues and collaborating with functional consultants and ABAP developers.

Responsibilities:

• Design configure implement and support SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) solutions within the SAP BRIM environment.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Configure monitor and troubleshoot mediation flows and related integration processes.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and functional issues including debugging and root cause analysis.
• Work closely with ABAP developers functional consultants and other technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support integration between SAP BRIM components and external systems.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to optimize system performance and business processes.
• Provide technical guidance and advisory support to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Ensure solution quality stability and alignment with business requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) mandatory.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Convergent Mediation.
• Experience with complex SAP integration processes and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of ABAP development and debugging.
• Good understanding of workflow processes and system integrations.
• Experience in solution design and collaboration with ABAP developers and functional teams.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently take ownership of tasks and provide expert recommendations.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori.
• Knowledge of other SAP BRIM components such as Convergent Invoicing (CI) Convergent Charging (CC) and FI-CA.
• Experience working in complex enterprise or telecommunications environments.
