Sales Representative – Vegetable Seeds (Czech Republic & Slovakia)

Location: Czech Republic / Slovakia (Remote work / Field-based)

As a Sales Representative you will be a key partner for open-field vegetable growers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Your main tasks will include:

• Achieving sales targets: Actively creating and implementing sales plans monitoring the market and striving to maximize sales results and market share in the designated territory.
• Relationship building and sales advisory: Providing agrotechnical advice and actively supporting growers in choosing the best Syngenta vegetable seed varieties.
• Education and promotion: Organizing training sessions meetings with growers and field days demonstrating our innovative technologies.
• Innovation in practice: Coordinating and supervising trial plots of new vegetable varieties directly on growers fields.

Qualifications :

Our Requirements:

• Relevant education: Higher education (horticulture agriculture or related fields).
• Experience and knowledge: Practical knowledge of the agricultural/horticultural industry and expertise in agrotechnics (vegetable seeds crop protection).
• Mobility: Category B drivers license and readiness for business travel (residing in the designated territory of the Czech Republic or Slovakia).
• English language: Communicative knowledge of English (for internal communication within the company structures).
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak language is mandatory.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
