Job Summary

Job Description:

Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives within the assigned territory.
Ensure optimal product distribution physical availability and in-store visibility in line with company merchandising standards.
Plan coordinate and monitor merchandising activities to ensure high-quality execution of promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers local retail chains and key store decision makers.
Analyse sales performance identify business opportunities and implement action plans to improve results.
Lead and support a team of merchandisers providing guidance motivation and performance feedback.
Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives Key Account Managers Marketing and Supply teams to deliver business objectives.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
