Job Summary

- Achieve the results of providing a better customer experience during and after sales service

- Cultivate and maintain great client relationships

- Collaborate with the management team to strategically achieve sales goals

- Maintain a high level of products knowledge and understand the terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories

- Act as a brand ambassador in the community and proactively develop customer relationships

- Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times

- Perform key holder duties including opening and closing store handling cash and financial responsibility
