Job Summary

An established internationally regulated Forex and CFD company is opening a new office in Prague and is looking for an experienced Retention Manager to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Prague operation at an early stage and play an important role in its growth.

Important: This is a local Prague-based position and is NOT a relocation opportunity. Candidates must already be based in Prague / the Czech Republic or have the legal right to work locally.



Requirements
  • Manage and develop relationships with an existing client portfolio.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients by telephone email and other communication channels.
  • Build strong and professional relationships with clients.
  • Encourage continued client engagement and trading activity.
  • Identify opportunities to increase client value through appropriate products and services.
  • Re-engage inactive and existing clients.
  • Work towards individual and team retention and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Work closely with Sales Compliance and Customer Support teams.
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Forex / CFD / Financial Services strongly preferred.
  • Experience as a Retention Manager Account Manager Relationship Manager VIP Manager or similar.
  • Strong telephone-based sales and client relationship skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially minded and results-driven.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients independently.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Additional European languages are a strong advantage.
  • Must already be based in Prague / Czech Republic or have the right to work locally.
