Job Summary
A well-established regulated Forex/CFD company is looking for an experienced Retention Manager to join and lead its Retention operation from its Prague office.
This is a hands-on management position for someone with a strong background in Forex/CFD retention who understands how to manage motivate and develop a high-performing sales team while maintaining the standards expected within a regulated environment.
Candidates must already be based in Prague or have the legal right and ability to work from Prague. Relocation is not available for this position.
- Manage and develop the Retention team ensuring individual and team targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor daily performance KPIs deposits client activity and overall team productivity.
- Coach and mentor Retention Agents to improve sales performance and client engagement.
- Conduct regular call reviews training sessions and one-to-one performance meetings.
- Develop effective retention strategies to increase client engagement activity and lifetime value.
- Ensure the team maintains strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to reactivate and develop existing client accounts.
- Work closely with senior management to establish targets processes and performance expectations.
- Recruit onboard and train new Retention Agents when required.
- Ensure all client communication and sales activity complies with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular performance reports and analysis to senior management.
- Create a competitive professional and results-driven team environment.
- Previous experience as a Retention Manager / Retention Team Leader within the Forex or CFD industry.
- Strong understanding of the regulated online trading environment.
- Proven experience managing and developing Retention Agents.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving retention and revenue targets.
- Excellent understanding of retention techniques client lifecycle management and reactivation.
- Strong leadership coaching and motivational skills.
- Confident working with KPIs and performance data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English.
- Able to work full-time from the Prague office.
This position is 100% office-based in Prague.
No relocation package or relocation assistance is available therefore candidates must already be in Prague or be independently able to work from Prague.
