Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory through direct sales activities. You will build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients identify opportunities and consistently achieve revenue targets serving as the primary point of contact between the company and customers in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a defined geographic territory developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Prospect qualify and close new business through cold outreach referrals networking and in-person visits.

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

  • Conduct product demos presentations and negotiations tailored to each clients needs.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in the CRM; provide timely forecasts to management.

  • Collaborate with marketing product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategy and escalate insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in a senior or consultative role

  • Strong understanding of the local market and local business environment

  • Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Fluency in Czech and English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Willingness to travel within Czechia as needed
