Regional People Operations Specialist (mfd) – Eastern Europe

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding
• Prepare and administer employment contracts amendments and HR documentation
• Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Support HR processes including onboarding offboarding compensation and benefits
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies
• Collaborate with Payroll Finance and HR colleagues at regional and global levels
• Maintain employee data and support HR systems and processes
• Coordinate with local HR vendors payroll providers and external stakeholders where applicable
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Support organizational changes and employee relations matters across the region

Qualifications :

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of experience in HR Administration or People Operations
• Experience supporting multiple countries within an international environment
• Knowledge of employment legislation within Eastern European countries is an advantage
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different cultures
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with HR systems and digital HR processes
• Fluent English; additional Eastern European language skills are an advantage
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
