We are looking for the following person in Eastern Europe (EE):REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER EE (m/f/d)
MAIN TASKS:
Responsible for the achievement of sales Targets revenue and gross margin in the region.
Actively win retain and grow the business in Eastern Europe region
Manage support and expand the local sales network including agents and finders.
Managing existing customers and developing new business in target industries
Competently advise customers and train sales partners on products and applications of the technology
Independently negotiate with customers within corporate guidelines
Majority of working time spent on visiting customers
Sales analyses and planning in cooperation with marketing
Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior management

YOUR PROFILE:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Process or Industrial Engineering or related technical disciplines/ equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years experience in selling machine tools (cutting technologies preferred)
Understanding of product specifications product processes and cutting technologies in various applications
Entrepreneurial skill and ability to work in a team and independently
Excellent negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong customer orientation
Fluency in Czech Russian and English additional Eastern European languages are a strong asset
Willingness to travel extensively across the region
