Job Summary

Description

This position would be ideally suited to a real estate professional with experience within a Corporate Real Estate function (either within a corporation or as an external service provider) with analytical skills process orientated approach and good communication skills and who has a real interest in the real estate and property market. You will report directly to the Director of Real Estate and work from our EMEA region on a hybrid schedule.



Responsibilities

Real Estate Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for running real estate strategies and scenario analysis and evaluating opportunities such as consolidations relocations lease vs buy acquisitions and divestments
  • Manage and lead transaction management including lease administration renewals negotiations and optimization scenarios (renew/relocate/consolidate/sell/buy).
  • Manage and lead external brokers third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders (legal procurement HSE tax etc.) to develop and coordinate executable real estate strategies
  • Ensure that all real estate actions deliver optimal cost performance and workplace quality.
  • Develop and lead communication to senior leadership to establish business requirements & determine real estate strategies and report out on progress.
  • Build relationships and develop deep partnerships with key business leaders and external partners in the region.
  • Manage data integrity portfolio analysis and adopt best practice


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in real estate engineering finance business or related field
  • 5 years of corporate real estate experience including project management
  • Experience with managing a diverse real estate portfolio preferred
  • Ability to lead highly complex projects across regions with strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent stakeholder management negotiation and communication skills with senior management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modelling and real estate financial analysis (i.e. Net Present Value Payback IRR etc)
  • Project management skills are an advantage
  • Willingness for travel anticipated 25-50% of time
