Your area of work
You will be working in the highly motivated international Xetra/Eurex Project Management Office unit. We are looking for a colleague to provide organizational support to our project managers. This role will not involve managing projects but will focus on assisting project managers who are responsible for initiatives related to the leading trading platforms T7 P7 F7 B7 Cash Datawarehouse and eListing.
Your responsibilities
- Efficient Work Product Management: Lead the structured development and project lifecycle management of work products ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards. Promote continuous improvement and productivity through proactive documentation and process optimization.
- Work Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the Project Charter and Summit Approach documents. Develop and refine document content in collaboration with project leads and subject matter experts. Ensure these foundational documents are accurate up-to-date and aligned with project objectives and governance standards.
- Meeting Coordination & Facilitation: Plan schedule and coordinate project meetings ensuring all logistics are in place. Prepare agendas distribute relevant materials and lead discussions to drive alignment and decision-making. Present project updates and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration with various departments within Deutsche Börse Group such as Stakeholders Corporate IT Facility Management and Help Desk. Engage in close interactions through multiple channels like phone email or face-to-face meetings to promote synergy and operational effectiveness.
- Accuracy ability to fulfil up-to-date knowledge requirements and take responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas lookups) and MS Word.
- Advanced knowledge of additional Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook SharePoint Teams PowerPoint is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Alfresco is an advantage
- Critical thinking including ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques is essential for a PMO role.
- Open-minded willing to learn active highly organized personality with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Ability to work on more tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
