Your area of work
You will be working in the highly motivated international Xetra/Eurex Project Management Office unit. We are looking for a colleague to provide organizational support to our project managers. This role will not involve managing projects but will focus on assisting project managers who are responsible for initiatives related to the leading trading platforms T7 P7 F7 B7 Cash Datawarehouse and eListing.

Your responsibilities

Your profile

  • Accuracy ability to fulfil up-to-date knowledge requirements and take responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas lookups) and MS Word.
  • Advanced knowledge of additional Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook SharePoint Teams PowerPoint is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Alfresco is an advantage
  • Critical thinking including ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques is essential for a PMO role.
  • Open-minded willing to learn active highly organized personality with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on more tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
