Job Description
The Senior Program/Project Manager is accountable for sound execution of portfolio programs and value capture for the IT Risk Management and Security Organization (ITRMS). Closely tied to the ITRMS business strategy this position will work across the organization and the enterprise to ensure timely program execution and differential value.
You will be a member of the program management office and will:
Ensure positive business outcomes by providing leadership and coordination for project and product teams
Develop working relationships across IT functional areas through close collaboration
Collaborate effectively in a global matrixed organization spanning multiple geographic regions
Manage multiple priorities
Requirements:
Experience in leading Agile product and/or service teams using influence rather than control and fostering a work environment based on trust sharing and collaboration
Expert in managing multiple stakeholders a with ability to coach and counsel
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to solutions
Ability to work independently and remove obstacles while working in ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to embrace and champion change foster innovation focus on the customer and demonstrate courage
Ability to engage with software vendors and third-party solution integrators
Ability to analyse and define business problems develop business cases and advise business owners on managing risks
Has a mindset of continuous improvement never satisfied with the status quo
Ability to travel 15%
Preferred:
Proficient in the use of project management and analytical software tools especially JiraAlign Jira and Confluence
Agile certification PMP Certification Six Sigma
Scrum master and Agile coach experience
Experience and/or certification in cybersecurity cloud networking
Ability to manage through complexity and ambiguity along with competing priorities
Ability to coach and mentor junior program project managers and project coordinators
