Key Accountabilities:

Platform Strategy & Enterprise Leadership

• Define and drive the strategic direction of AskNovartis from MVP through enterprise-scale deployment.
• Own the product vision roadmap and prioritization across domains ensuring focus on high-value employee journeys.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term digital strategy.

Enterprise Program Delivery & Governance

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex multi-year program across multiple domains and delivery teams.
• Establish and run robust governance structures including decision forums escalation paths and performance management.
• Ensure transparency on risks dependencies financials and progress to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Management & Alignment

• Act as the primary interface to senior stakeholders across DD&IT P&O and Corporate Functions.
• Drive alignment decision-making and prioritization across competing needs and agendas.
• Build trust and credibility as a senior partner to business and technology leadership.

Service Transformation & Value Realization

• Drive transformation of services through automation simplification and improved user experience.
• Ensure measurable business value delivery including efficiency gains experience improvements and reduced operational complexity.
• Embed value tracking and benefit realization into program execution.

Cross-functional Orchestration & Scaling

• Coordinate execution across internal teams and external partners.
• Manage complex interdependencies across platforms (e.g. service management HR systems AI platforms).
• Ensure scalable operating model and consistent execution as the platform expands across domains.
