Key Responsibilities

Product Management Support

• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Backlog management and user story creation translating business needs intoproduct requirements and functional specs
• Contributing across the full feature lifecycle from ideation to rollout

Customer Contact Data

• Identifying data gaps and inconsistencies supporting data quality improvements and root cause analysis
• Helping define governance frameworks and standards for contact data

Platform Adoption & Enablement

• Driving Customer Data Platform adoption across business teams supporting onboarding
• Documentation and enablementmaterials
• Gathering user feedback and aligning platform capabilities with business use cases

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Working with Marketing Sales Operations and IT on requirements and priorities
• Supporting governance discussionsand coordinating end-to-end governance across domains

Operational & Project Support

• Supporting projects across customer data management governance and process alignment
• Tracking progress preparingmeeting materials and following up on actions

Qualifications:

• 25 years in product management data management operations or consulting
• Familiarity with Agile backlog management data quality and governance concepts
• CDP CRM or similar systems experience is a plus
• Stronganalytical communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive structured hands-on working style
