At Invity were building the Bitcoin neobank for Europe.

Today were a MiCA-licensed mobile app helping people build Bitcoin wealth through simple automated investing strategies. Our goal is to make Bitcoin accessible to everyone whether theyre buying for the first time or building long-term financial habits.

Were a team of around 40 people based in Prague working at the intersection of fintech crypto and regulation. While the industry moves fast we believe the best products combine innovation with trust simplicity and strong execution.

Were now looking for a Senior Product Designer to own design at Invity. Youll be our only product designer working closely with product engineering compliance marketing/brand and leadership with real ownership over how the app looks feels and works.

• Own product design end-to-end from early concepts and flows to polished shipped screens

• Turn complex financial and regulatory requirements into simple clear experiences Bitcoin and compliance are not simple topics; the app should feel like they are

• Run design discovery talk to users test prototypes and bring evidence into product decisions

• Build and maintain a design system that keeps the app consistent as we ship faster

• Partner closely with the Product Manager to take features from idea to launch

• Work directly with engineering to make sure what ships matches the intent including fine-tuning details yourself when its faster than a handoff

• Work with compliance and legal to design experiences that are simple and compliant at the same time

• You have 5 years of product design experience and a track record of shipping customer-facing products

• Ideally that includes consumer-facing (B2C) mobile products if not youre excited to get up to speed fast

• You know how to build a scalable design system and keep it consistent as the product grows youll own ours end to end

• You have a strong visual eye typography spacing and small details matter to you and it shows in your work

• Youre fluent in both Czech and English

• You learn quickly and enjoy becoming an expert in complex domains

• You communicate clearly whether youre presenting a concept explaining a trade-off or giving feedback

• You use AI as part of your daily workflow for research prototyping and making design changes directly in code when thats the fastest path to shipping

• Experience in fintech crypto or other regulated industries is nice to have

• Were a regulated crypto company. If you enjoy solving complex problems within clear boundaries youll find the work highly rewarding

• We work AI-first. The product team actively uses tools like Claude Code and other AI systems to research prototype analyze and accelerate execution

• Were genuinely agile. Priorities evolve as customers regulators and market conditions change. Sometimes that means adjusting plans weekly or even daily
