• Conceptualize and design digital products websites and brands from discovery to delivery

• Drive product decisions and collaborate closely alongside Tech Leads and Product Managers

• Conduct user research to understand your users and to validate user personas

• Craft a beautiful visual direction and translate it consistently across the entire project

• Ensure adherence to UX/UI standards elements patterns and specifications

• Contribute to project documentation alongside PMs and manage your design delivery based on project milestones.

• Explore new approaches AI technologies and always be ready to learn

• Experience in designing digital products

• A portfolio that demonstrates a eye for aesthetics a strong taste for visual design and clear application of UI/UX principles.

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills to present and effectively advocate for your ideas

• Interest in visual design user experience and ideally also branding

• Experience working with Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is a nice-to-have) and exposure to user/app analytics tools to measure design impact.

• Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a proactive collaborative team spirit

• A genuine interest in tech emerging AI technologies product development and continuous self-improvement.
