Pricing Expert (fm)

Drive commercial impact through smart financially sound pricing decisions.

The Pricing Expert combines financial discipline with a strong business sense translating customer insights competitive dynamics and market data into profitable pricing strategies that grow ARPU retention and customer lifetime value.

In this role youll design and optimize pricing across acquisition upsell and retention segments ensuring every pricing move supports both our business goals and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and optimize pricing strategies for acquisition upsell and retention segments.
• Evaluate business cases margin structures and P&L impacts of pricing decisions.
• Partner with Finance and Controlling to ensure pricing aligns with revenue cost and profitability goals.
• Monitor market and competitor pricing trends and recommend tactical adjustments.
• Support propositions and CVM teams with price simulation sensitivity analysis and pricing governance.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

• 5 years in segment pricing or business controlling (Telco preferred).
• Strong understanding of P&L margin management and profitability levers.
• Advanced Excel / Power BI skills; ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to synthesize insights.
• Collaborative style able to work with marketing channels and finance teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to act as a trusted business partner to Segment Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable presenting to leadership audiences leading challenging discussions and advocating for pricing recommendations with credibility and confidence.
• Fluent English and Czech.
