Whatyoullown
Process incoming requestsas requested.
Activelyparticipatein planning POS downloads together with other departments.
Manage weekly DWL and migration reports when needed.
Manage work documentation for educational purposes.
Lead internal projects and provide reporting.
Whatyoullbring
Minimum2 years of relevant experience in technical support operations or a similar role.
Knowledge ofgenerally bindingregulations internal company standards methodologies and processes related to Call Services dispatching.
Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as MS Office BASE24OmniTrackerTranslogWebFOCUS TMS Kibana NEST and Jira.
Fluent Czech language skills (C1-C2) and Englishproficiency(B2).
Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science Management Information Systems or a related field; equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
