Your area of work:

We are looking for a motivated specialist to join our People Analytics team in Prague. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to both advancing our People Analytics function and also closely support the Learning Experience team. You will play a crucial role in using data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and shape our global learning strategy helping us transform into a learning organization that fosters a culture of continuous development.

Your responsibilities:

  • Produce HR reports analyses and dashboards for management and other stakeholders to provide insights and support strategic business decisions.
  • Use a data-driven approach to analyze learning needs and skill gaps
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning as well as wider HR offerings and support their continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new self-service dashboards and reporting solutions enhancing our People Analytics offerings in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Manage and document training activities in our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning).

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in a relevant field such as HR Analytics Economics Psychology Business Administration or Social Sciences.
  • You have 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in either People Analytics Data Analytics or a Learning and Development role.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills with a strong affinity for data numbers and finding meaningful insights.
  • You have excellent skills in preparing cleaning and working with data particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • You have experience with HR Information Systems preferably SAP SuccessFactors (including the SuccessFactors Learning module).
  • You are interested and excited to learn about and work with data visualization tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud Power BI).
  • You have the ability to learn quickly think creatively take ownership and drive progress independently on tasks and projects.
  • You have proficiency in written and spoken English combined with an open and approachable personality.
