Core Responsibilities
As Payroll Advisor youare responsible fordelivering consistent service to all the partners of Business Service Operations. This meansto meetthe partners expectations andprovidethem with a top professional service incorporating the LEGO values.
Furthermore our specialists:
Carry out regular daily operations leading to ensuringaccurateandtimelyexecution of Payroll within own scope
Maintain strong and positive relationship with external providers and vendors to secure high quality payroll processing
Collaborate with other colleaguesin order tosecure continuous execution of tasks and delivery
Challenge the process andidentifyareas for improvement with strive to achievemaximumeffectivity and precision of the payroll process
Formnew beneficial relationship with partners and thereby ensure sustainable implementation of the global processes
Support manager in coordination and help towards colleagues in the team
Perform reconciliations and controls in regular payroll process
Participate and/or drive Process initiatives and projects
Further Payroll Team related task according to instructions from Manager

Do youhavewhat it takes
2-3years of relevant professional working experience with Payroll processes and systems either as Payroll administrator or Payroll processorfor Czech Republic
Understanding of legislation and tax rules in Payroll
Fluency in English and Czech language.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
ExperiencefromShared Service or a Payroll Provider
Experience with compliance controls and set-up (in Payroll stream)
Great teammate with proactive approach
Experience with Payroll systemseg.SAP would be an advantage
