The Role

Were looking for a Partner Success Manager to own the day-to-day relationship and growth of a portfolio of Daytrips host agency and travel advisor partners.

Youll own the post-sale journey for your accounts making sure partners are activated engaged and scaling their business with Daytrip while working closely with Sales Marketing and Operations.

This is a hands-on commercially minded role for someone who turns partnerships into measurable revenue and wants to build their career with one of the worlds most trusted traveltech brands.

What You Will Do

• Own a portfolio of host agency and travel advisor partners across the full post-sale journey: activation engagement and growth
• Become the go-to contact your partners trust
• Run monthly and quarterly business reviews spot upsell and marketing opportunities and scale what works
• Monitor partner performance react early when numbers dip and negotiate to keep accounts growing
• Turn relationships into measurable revenue not just goodwill
• Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations to elevate the partner experience
• Bring partner insights back into the business to shape product and service improvements
• Contribute to partner success best practices as the team and channel scale
• Use data and AI tools to spot patterns across your portfolio surface partner opportunities and move faster on decisions

What We Are Looking For

• 3 years in sales business development or key account management; this is not a junior hire
• Travel industry experience ideally within a travel platform OTA or comparable B2B environment on the commercial side rather than customer support
• International exposure: studied or worked abroad and comfortable operating across cultures
• Understands (or can quickly learn) the host agency consortia and travel advisor landscape
• A commercial revenue-management mindset: weighs investment against return and grows accounts through upsell and strategic activity
• Data-literate: understands commercial metrics such as GMV and KPIs works comfortably with analysts dashboards and AI tools to pull insight that is not sitting in a report (Claude and Data Studio a plus)
• Strong confident communicator in English near-native written and spoken
• Self-directed and courageous: takes initiative owns outcomes and is willing to try learn and adjust
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events (30%)
