Description: We are seeking an Operations Controller to support our clients EMEA operations ensuring effective financial management operational control and sustainable profitability. This position plays a crucial role in bridging finance and operations promoting financial discipline cost efficiency and strategic business partnering across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership
Perform timely and insightful financial and operational analyses presenting reports to operations leadership.
Direct actions to drive efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
Ensure strong internal controls across EMEA operations (Manufacturing and Supply Chain).
Lead discussions on operational financial performance and define improvement action plans.
Drive ERP implementation and system improvement within operations controlling.
Plant Control Efficiency
Strengthen plant controlling by implementing best practices.
Maintain robust internal controls and ensure effective COGS management.
Analyze operational efficiency across all EMEA plants.
Operations & Planning
Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP).
Conduct investment analyses and evaluate operational business cases.
Develop and monitor finance and operations KPIs.
Profile Required:
Bachelors degree in Economics Business Administration Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance within a manufacturing and international environment.
Proven experience in operations controlling and ERP implementation (preferably SAP).
Strong knowledge of cost accounting financial analysis and reporting.
Strategic and analytical mindset with business acumen.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools.
Fluency in English.
