Your area of work

The responsibilities of theDerivativesClearingDesign section at Eurex Clearing AG includedesigningimplementing andmaintainingclearingfunctionalities for both listed and OTC further ensures ECAGs compliance with its global regulatory transaction reporting order toalign new functionalities with major clearing members and to support market wide trends and initiatives Derivatives Clearing Design manages regular clearing committees for ETD and OTC Derivatives and contributes actively to several industry-wide working groups.

TheTransaction ReportingUnit is a highly collaborative unit focusing onEurex Clearings global regulatory transaction reporting obligations(EU US Canada Japan).The tasks range from active participation in regulatory consultation processes of the respectiveregulation(includingtechnical standards) internal design of the reporting infrastructure to ongoing monitoring and enhancement of data quality. This requires close collaboration with regulators industry working groupsvariousinternal business and ITinterfacesand theregulatoryreporting teams of our members.

Yourresponsibilities

  • Monitor and assess the results of automated reporting controls and dashboards ensuring that reporting processesoperateeffectively and that any identified exceptions are appropriately investigated and resolved.
  • Review and challenge automated monitoring and reconciliation outputs to ensuredata completeness consistency and regulatory reporting quality.
  • Review feedback from regulators and trade repositories analyze rejected non-paired and non-matched transactions investigate root causes and coordinate remediation activities.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for regulatory reporting-related customer requests particularlyregardingEMIR and SFTR reporting obligations and reconciliation activities.
  • Support customers in resolving pairing matching and reconciliation issues related to double-sided reporting regimes and ensuretimelyand professional communication.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer inquiries to functional experts and relevant stakeholders coordinatingfeedbackand ensuring customer concerns are addressed appropriately.

Yourprofile

  • Experience in operational regulatory reporting processes including monitoring reconciliation exception management and customer support.
  • Experience working with ticketing and workflow management tools (e.g. Jira SAP CRM).
  • First professional experience in the field of financial markets ideally with background in regulatory transaction reporting( and SFTR) would be an advantage
  • Analytical skillswith experience to use tools like Power BI
  • Interestin andunderstandingAI-driven process optimization including supporting the training and continuous improvement of AI-based solutions.
  • Understanding of enterprise data management concepts including data lifecycle management data architecture principles and data quality management would be an advantage
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High commitment proactiveness willingness t
  • to takeresponsibilityand learn quickly.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in various organizational areas
  • Proficiencyin written and spoken Englishas well as proficient in MS Office applications
