As a Moonlight Agent you are the face of W Prague during evening and overnight hours. You deliver bold personalized service aligned with Ws spirit creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

You manage check-ins and check-outs handle guest requests coordinate with departments and ensure smooth night operations while embodying Ws Whatever/Whenever philosophy.

What Youll Do

Guest Experience

Welcome guests warmly and needs and provide tailored inquiries concerns and special requests with exceptional service to VIP and leisure guests.

Front Desk Operations

Process check-ins/check-outs and manage payments and ensure billing rooms based on preferences and reports and maintain shift logs.

Cash & Compliance

Process payments and balance cash accounting safety and emergency guest privacy and confidential information.

Teamwork

Collaborate with Housekeeping Engineering Security and other professional communication and appearance standards.

What Were Looking For

Charismatic confident service-driven personality
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Flexibility to work night shifts
Holder of Valid EU Driving license
