Job Summary

Were looking for a Business Development Manager for our client a leading European provider of cord blood and tissue banking services.

Were seeking a proactive sales professional who would contribute to the growth of a respected healthcare company in Czechia.

Responsibilities:


  • Actively promote and sell the companys B2C healthcare services
  • Build manage and expand the network of gynecologists midwives and other healthcare professionals cooperating with the company
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with doctors clinics and maternity hospitals throughout the Czech Republic
  • Develop and implement local sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and client engagement
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the further development of the Czech market
  • Provide continuous market feedback and suggest improvements to sales strategy and customer communication
  • Cooperate closely with the management team and colleagues across the FamiCord Group to achieve business objectives

Requirements:


  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in the healthcare sector (experience in cell banking is a strong advantage)
  • University degree
  • Excellent command of English and Czech both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive hands-on approach
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic
  • Driving licence (Category B)
