We are looking for an experienced Linux Administrator to join an infrastructure project focused on Linux server administration OpenShift/Kubernetes operations and production environment support within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:
Administration and management of Linux servers in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environment
Operational support and administration of OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms
Monitoring troubleshooting and incident resolution in production environments
Installation configuration patching and updates of server systems and applications
Automation of routine operational tasks using scripting
Cooperation with DevOps infrastructure and application teams
Support deployments release management and operational changes
Performance optimization and ensuring environment stability and availability
Management of user permissions security policies and system services
Creation and maintenance of operational and technical documentation
Requirements:
Commercial experience with Linux administration in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes administration
Experience with production support troubleshooting and incident resolution
Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Bash Shell Python or similar)
Understanding of infrastructure networking and system security principles
Experience working with deployments and release processes
Czech and English on communicative level
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within infrastructure teams
Nice to have:
Experience with DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of monitoring tools and log analysis
Experience with virtualization or cloud environments
