As Legal Intern you will self-dependently carry out a project around EU regulatory frameworks as relevant for our company and work closely with members of our legal team to support various legal matters including commercial corporate product privacy employment and litigation. We are seeking a motivated AI skilled tech-savvy and passionate law student to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who would like to experience in-house legal counsel work in a public company and are interested in learning more about the intersection of law technology and artificial intelligence particularly in the field of cybersecurity. If you thrive in dynamic collaborative and hands-on environments then this internship is for you.
- Work on dedicated projects with different legal teams.
- Assist the legal team in conducting legal research on different legal and regulatory compliance matters.
- Review and assist with negotiating various contracts and agreements.
- Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing policies privacy notices and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D Product Compliance and Infosec on various legal matters.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents for regulatory filings.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program
- Excellent command of English
- Strong academic record
- Excellent research analytical and AI application skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in technology cybersecurity and emerging trends in the tech industry in particular around artificial intelligence.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
