Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions from quote to cash.

  • Support the EMEA Customer Service Team and collaborators with all aspects of order processing.

  • Respond proactively to customer queries via phone and email.

  • Support projects related to customer satisfaction and customer happiness.

  • Ensure adherence to export and legal guidelines for national and international transactions.

  • Maintain accurate master data in ERP and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service order management or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English mandatory.

  • German would be a plus French or Italian would also be considered a valuable additional language.

  • Ability to successfully implement and adhere to strict guidelines and processes.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively operate ERP and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
