At Creative Dock were looking for a lawyer who enjoys solving real business challenges working side-by-side with founders venture teams and corporate leaders and helping turn bold ideas into successful ventures.
If you have around 4 years of experience and are ready to own your agenda influence strategic decisions and work across multiple countries and industries wed love to talk.
Be the go-to legal partner
Work closely with management venture teams and business leaders across a broad range of legal topics. Youll help teams move fast while keeping risks under control through practical business-focused advice.
Own contracts from A to Z
Draft review and negotiate commercial agreements NDAs employment contracts and other key documents. Youll make sure deals keep moving while protecting what matters.
Support investments and acquisitions
Get involved in M&A and investment projects from due diligence to closing. Youll collaborate with external law firms across different jurisdictions and be part of transactions that shape the future of our ventures.
Help build businesses from day one
Legal isnt an afterthought here. Youll join venture teams early assess legal feasibility support project workstreams and occasionally help facilitate legal workshops for our corporate partners.
Keep us one step ahead
Follow regulatory developments support compliance initiatives and help ensure were doing things the right way across multiple markets.
Protect innovation
Support our ventures with trademarks copyrights patents and smart IP structures that safeguard ideas and create long-term value.
Advise on corporate and employment matters
From company structuring to employment topics youll help navigate legal matters in the Czech Republic and internationally.
Masters degree in Law with a good grounding in corporate contract and labour law.
Around 4 years of relevant legal experience
Hands-on experience with contract drafting review and general legal advisory work.
Fluent Czech and English
A practical mindset and business-oriented approach
Ability to explain complex legal topics in a simple actionable way
Strong communication and organizational skills and confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus points if you have experience with:
