About the Role

Allwyn is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Procurement Specialist to join our Finance team in Prague. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment learn how procurement supports business operations across multiple countries and build valuable skills in SAP data management and stakeholder communication.

Were open to different working arrangements and would be happy to welcome either:

• one full-time colleague or
• two part-time students who can share the responsibilities throughout the week.

What You Will Do:

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP S/4HANA in line with internal policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain purchase orders throughout their lifecycle ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify supporting documentation
• Assist with supplier invoice processing and validation activities
• Maintain and update supplier and product master data with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Prepare regular procurement reports and basic analyses to support decision-making
• Support senior team members with operational procurement activities and improvement initiatives

What Youll Bring:

• Secondary school education or current university studies (Economics Finance Business Administration or a related field is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data
• Good organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different stakeholders
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Czech is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or another ERP system is an advantage but not required
