Milacron Europe is looking for an IT Support Coordinator Europe to join our team in Czech this position you will be responsible for providing first-level IT support across multiple European locations including troubleshooting installing and maintaining network and hardware infrastructure and collaborating with our global IT team to ensure smooth IT Youll Do:Provide first-level support for IT issues at four European sites (Czech Republic France Germany Spain) including troubleshooting hardware network and connectivity up and configure new workstations network equipment and peripherals such as printers and maintain and troubleshoot network devices including wireless access points firewalls and and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and support processes across all regularly with the IT team in Ohio USA and coordinate with local site teams to resolve issues :Must Have:Secondary school or university degree focusing on economics or related least 3 years of professional experience in IT support preferably in an industrial or international in written and spoken Czech and English; knowledge of French German or Spanish is technical skills in network infrastructure hardware support and to travel internationally as to Have:Experience working in a multinational or American company related to networking or IT support (e.g. CompTIA Cisco certifications).Knowledge of network configuration tools such as TerraTerm Putty or OSx Terminal.
