Were looking for a proactive IT Field Support Engineer (L1) who enjoys hands-on technical problem solving and working directly with end this role youll provide on-site support for enterprise IT environments troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Based primarily at a client location in Pardubice youll play a key role in maintaining workplace technology and supporting business operations.
- Provide on-site support for desktops laptops printers and related peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents independently
- Perform parts replacement equipment repairs upgrades and deployments
- Troubleshoot Windows-based environments and end-user devices
- Prioritize incidents based on business impact and customer needs
- Identify potential issues before they affect users and take corrective action
- Escalate complex problems with clear technical documentation when required
- Work effectively in diverse customer environments including mixed-vendor and legacy infrastructures
- Deliver a high-quality support experience directly to end users and client stakeholders
- 2-4 years of experience in desktop support field support or IT operations
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience supporting desktop laptop and printer technologies
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in the field
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Fluent Czech language skills
- English language skills are beneficial
- Experience in enterprise IT environments is an advantage
- Comfortable working on-site and occasionally travelling when required
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- The person must be physically able to do normal office tasks including occasionally lifting or moving items that can weigh up to 23 kg.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
