Your area of work:

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Core Process Specialist Cloud & Architecture to join Clearstreams Post Trade this role you will play a key part in shaping governing and optimizing core IT processes that enable scalable compliant and efficient cloud adoption.

You will work at the intersection of enterprise architecture cloud strategy and IT governance ensuring that processes are aligned with regulatory requirements business objectives and modern technology standards in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive process standardization and automation across cloud platforms and architecture domains (Tools used: Power Automate JIRA Confluence BizzDesign)
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects engineering teams and governance stakeholders to ensure alignment with architecture principles
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory security and risk frameworks particularly in regulated environments (familiarity with CSSF Circulars DORA)
  • Support the definition and evolution of cloud operating models including roles workflows and decision frameworks
  • Contribute to architecture governance forums (e.g. design authorities review boards)
  • Define and track KPIs and process metrics to ensure effectiveness and quality
  • Prepare and deliver regular reporting for senior management and governance boards (Powerpoint word documents DocuSign)
  • Design and maintain dashboards for cloud risk assessments providing transparency on risk exposure and mitigation status
  • Support the execution of regular cloud control activities ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements (Tools used: ATLAS Sirion MCP RegMon)
  • Promote process adoption through documentation training and stakeholder engagement across global teams (modelling language: BPMN; ArchiMate)

Your Profile:

  • Bc. degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT process management enterprise architecture or cloud transformation
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and modern architecture frameworks
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL TOGAF COBIT)
  • Experience translating complex requirements into scalable and efficient processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-national team
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to risk compliance and audit processes
  • Experience working within large transformation programs or cloud migrations
