Installation Supervisor

Summary

Lead global machine installations and help us shape production worldwide.

We are looking for a Chief Installation Supervisorto join and expand our business unit based in Prague Czech Republic. Although long-term you can be based anywhere in the Czech Republicfull-time presence in Prague is required during the first yearfor onboarding and team coordination. This position requires extensiveinternational (worldwide) travel which can make up to90% of total working time with installation assignments typically lasting3 to 8 weeks per project.

Job Responsibilities

• QUALITY- Ensuring flawless installation of our machines accessories and complex plant solutions for our clients
• EFFICENCY - Aiming for efficient plant improvement and cost reduction
• SAFETY - Always securing safety for our and our clients employees
• TEAMWORK - Promoting good teamwork and adherence to company policies. Leading our employees to deliver their best work.
• COMMUNICATION - Acting as the main contact for our clients and contractors on site

Qualifications

• Technical education (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
• Experience with site team management
• Excellent planning organizing and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work internationally; willingness to travel abroad
• Drivers license
• Fluent English (B2) knowledge of Czech and German is a plus
