Innovation Manager in Document Automation team

As an experienced leader within our innovation and transformation activities you will be responsible for shaping and driving our capabilities in AI-powered document automation solutions.

You will:

• Define and drive innovation initiatives focused on AI-enabled document automation.

• Design and lead the implementation of document automation solutions including AI-supported document processing and workflow optimisation.

• Improve document-heavy processes through intelligent handling of unstructured information.

• Identify opportunities where AI-driven document automation can create measurable client value.

• Lead and coordinate a small team of AI-skilled professionals setting priorities and ensuring delivery excellence.

• Act as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders on AI automation and document transformation roadmaps.

• Lead complex transformation projects covering intelligent document processing and automation initiatives.

• Support business development through solution design proposal development and client presentations.

• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

• 4 years of experience in innovation AI automation digital transformation consulting or related delivery roles.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in document processing and automation.

• Proven experience leading or coordinating small specialist teams.

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

• Experience leading client-facing transformation projects from opportunity shaping through delivery.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Experience with document automation and document-centric transformation initiatives.

• Background in consulting combined with technical expertise.

• Experience with intelligent document processing technologies.

• Strong commercial mindset and business development experience.

• Experience growing client relationships and shaping market offerings.
