Human Resources Specialist

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract as parental leave cover expected to last approximately until end of 2027. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience within a dynamic multinational environment while contributing to a wide range of people-related initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate local implementation of HR policies programs and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders including external vendors and service providers.
  • Develop employee and manager targeted communications related to HR programs policies and initiatives
  • Create and maintain content for the HR portal to ensure employees have access to up-to-date information.
  • Support employee engagement wellbeing inclusion and company culture initiatives.
  • Utilize HR systems and data to generate reports identify trends and support informed decision-making.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify automate and improve HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of HR experience in an HR Generalist HR Operations HR Specialist Employee Experience or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Czech labor legislation and core HR processes.
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and HR data reporting.
  • Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or People related area (e.g. Human Resources Psychology).
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in a multinational environment.
  • Experience managing employee programs wellbeing DE&I or engagement initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and service providers.
  • Czech language.
