What are the responsibilities of the role

• Youll be more than an HR manageryoull be achange agent
• Youll be tasked with aligning HR processes with our strategic goals acting as the first point of contact for our leaders and implementing various HR programs
• Youll also work closely with HR Business Partners across the globe and management toimplement organizational structures and processes in line with our business objectives
• Youll be expected tohandle everything from employee relations and performance management tocompensation guidance and talent programs
• As amember of our HR team youll have the chance toinfluence and support organizational change drive business improvement initiatives and shape our company culture
• Expect toparticipate in international HR projects work with leaders across the globe and play apart in mergers acquisitions and transformation projects

What are the requirements

• A university degree
• Preferably 5 years of HR Business partnering or HR Generalist experience
• Fluency in English and Czech both verbal and written
• A knack for building strong business relationships
• Team player with an open mind
• Can built and maintain strategic partnership with the business
• Have solid legal knowledge
• Readiness todrive change
