For our Prague office we are currently looking for a Graphic & Digital Designer (Global Accounts) to join our team and support our business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a fast versatile and detail-orientedGraphic & Digital Designerto join our fast-growing team following a major global account win.

In this role you will be the backbone of our daily design operations handling everything from high-stakes client pitches to sleek social media campaigns and interactive digital experiences. You will work closely with our global creative team to deliver Business-As-Usual (BAU) assets maintain strict brand consistency for a major corporate client and occasionally help evolve their visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

BAU Asset Creation & Document Design

• Design and format high-impactclient pitches brochures one-page documents and PDFsin both digital and print-ready formats.
• MasterPowerPoint and Word formatting applying and creating branded templates to ensure absolute consistency and ease of use.
• Execute regional adaptations resizing and quick profile updates/basic design edits across various collateral.

Digital & Social Media Design

• Create engaging assets for social media platforms (primarilyLinkedIn Instagram and YouTube) including static posts carousels and banners with a strong grasp of platform-specific best practices.
• Produce static and motion-based assets includinganimations GIFs and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate on interactive digital projects using tools likeFigma Ceros or similar platformsto build immersive microsites interactive reports and data visualizations.

Brand Consistency & Evolution

• Act as a brand guardian demonstrating a flawless understanding of complex brand guidelines and applying them uniformly across all global assets.
• Support periodic brand refreshes (color palettes typography illustration styles motion identity) and design event-specific identities or product sub-brands.
• Proactively suggest visual identity refinements in collaboration with the accounts core brand team.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience:35 years of design experience ideally within an ad agency or a fast-paced in-house corporate design team.
• Software Mastery:* Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and/or interactive platforms like Ceros.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (specificallyPowerPoint and Wordfor template creation and formatting).
  • Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics/GIFs is a strong plus.
• The Agency Mindset:Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines manage multiple tasks and collaborate across global time zones for urgent requests.
• Asset Management:Experience working with different stock/media libraries and maintaining organized asset files.
• Portfolio:A strong portfolio demonstrating clean typography layout expertise (especially multi-page documents and decks) and a solid grasp of corporate brand systems.
