Develop and execute technology delivery strategies for business systems platforms and processes aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and technology partners to assess demand evaluate solutions and support funding decisions.
Drive product and platform strategy by balancing business needs scalability reusability and cost efficiency across markets.
Ensure successful portfolio delivery by meeting timelines budgets quality standards security and compliance requirements.
Manage strategic partnerships and vendor engagements including SI partners to deliver business value and foster innovation.
Oversee platform operations and DevSecOps practices ensuring system availability performance and continuous improvement.
Establish governance monitor KPIs and communicate performance to business and technology stakeholders.
Promote innovation user-centric solutions and adherence to security compliance and company standards while leveraging industry best practices.
