The Specialist Export Markets Customer Service Administration (CSA) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of Sales Channel Partners and direct customers within Beckman Coulters Distributor Markets in EEMEA. You will be the primary point of contact for customers ensuring seamless communication order processing and issue resolution to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. The job will be on-site in Prague Czech Republic.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage and process customer orders from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. warehouse logistics production) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Handle customer complaints and issues regarding products shipping or other services ensuring quick resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales finance and legal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in various regional projects to drive continuous improvement.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- 2 years of experience in customer service preferably in export markets or international trade.
- Good IT skills and experience in using Oracle or similar ERP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- High attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
