DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Enterprise Compliance Managerlocatedin Prague Czechia.
The Enterprise Compliance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that commercial and educational activities are conducted ethically responsibly and in alignment with global regulations. This role shapes compliance strategy within Commercial Excellence particularly in support of Education programs helping to enable business growth while protecting patients healthcare professionals and the organization. The position offers the opportunity to influence risk management frameworks strengthen internal controls and partner withcrossfunctionalstakeholders to embed a culture of compliance across DePuy Synthes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and implementation of compliance strategies policies and procedures for Commercial Excellence and Education activities.
Design andmaintainrisk management frameworks toidentify assess and mitigate compliance risks.
Manage a team of compliance professionals including coaching performance management and development.
Ensure alignment with applicable laws regulations and internal policies across all commercial education initiatives.
Monitor evaluate and improve internal controls and compliance processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Conduct internal investigations and address potential compliance issues including process improvements and corrective actions.
Prepare and deliver regular updates and risk briefings to senior leadership adjusting priorities based on business needs.
Oversee compliance audits reporting processes and regulatory submissions as.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed compliance into commercial education programs and initiatives.
Foster a culture of integrity aligned with Johnson & Johnsons Credo and leadership principles.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree(e.g. Business Law Life Sciences or related field)
Advanced degree (e.g. MBA JD or equivalent) preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum 68 years of relevant experience in compliance legal or regulatory roles.
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance regulatory standards and ethical business practices.
Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and internal controls.
Proven ability toidentifyand manage compliance risks and lead investigations.
Demonstratedleadership experience including managing teams and driving performance.
Strong communicationskills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with experience evaluating processes and recommending improvements.
Preferred:
Experience supporting commercial or education-related functions within MedTech or healthcare.
Familiarity with global compliance frameworks and multi-country regulatory environments.
Experience working in a matrixed multinational organization.
Knowledge of audit processes risk assessment methodologies and compliance analytics.
Ability to translate complex regulations into practical business guidance.
Experience designing training programs or compliance education initiatives.
Other:
Language: Fluent in English;additionalEuropean language skills are a plus
Travel: Up to 20% international travel may be required
Certifications: Compliance certifications (e.g. CCEP) preferred
